How will I know when my student receives a Carolina Care Cube?

You will receive an email confirming when your student received the Carolina Care Cube.  If your student agrees to a photograph, we will send you a photograph of your student receiving a Hug from Home Care Cube

Do I choose the items in the Carolina Care Cube?

Because we are always searching for only the best and unique items for your Carolina Care Cube, you may not choose the specific items in the cube.  However, they will always contain similar items as described in the cube description. If there is an item your student just can’t live without, please contact us directly at carolinacarecube@gmail.com

Are there shipping costs?

NO.  That’s the beauty of a hand-delivered Hug from Home.  Because we always hand-deliver your Carolina Care Cube, you will not be charged shipping.  The price of the cube includes the hand-delivery. If you need to ship your cube, please contact us directly at carolinacarecube@gmail.com

Why a cube?

Because a cooler or stackable cube can be used by your student after receiving the awesome goodies inside.  We don’t use baskets or flimsy card-board boxes for delivery.  We always deliver a useful cube. (And, because we like alliteration - Isn’t “Carolina Care Cube” fun to say?)

When do I get billed?

You are charged when you order the Carolina Care Cube.  Because we hand-pick, hand-package, and hand-deliver your Carolina Care Cube, you are charged when you order the Cube.

How does my student know that I have sent them a Carolina Care Cube?

We will contact your student directly and coordinate the hand-delivery based on information you provide in the CCC Order Form.

When will the cube be hand-delivered?

Currently, we are delivering Monday through Friday. We cannot guarantee delivery within 48 hrs of your order. Please email us at carolinacarecube@gmail.com if you need it delivered within 48 hrs of your order.  If you have specific requests based upon your student’s schedule, please include that information in the CCC Order Form.  Although we cannot guarantee we can honor those requests, we will do our best to accommodate them.

Where do you deliver?

Currently, we are delivering only in Columbia, SC. We will deliver to students on or off campus in Columbia, SC.

Do you offer Gluten Free Cubes?

Yes, every Carolina Care Cube can be upgraded to Gluten Free.  When ordering, please select Gluten-Free under each cube description.

Can you work around allergy restrictions? Do you offer peanut-free cubes?

Absolutely! We understand that many people have allergies and peanut allergies can be very serious. Please include any allergy restrictions on the CCC Order Form.  We want to know if they can have peanut free items that are manufactured in a peanut facility or if they cannot.  Some people are ok with items from any facility, as long as the item is peanut free. Please be specific on the order form so we can make sure to customize your cube correctly.

Can you order a Greek Life Cube even if you don’t know what sorority to customize it for when you order?

Yes! And we want you to order before you know so that we can have supplies ready to go. We understand that you won’t know what bid your daughter accepts until you get that phone call. Since we are local, we will try to schedule the delivery as close to Bid Day as possible. If your daughter for some reason decides not to accept a bid, we can substitute another cube to be delivered.

How soon after my daughter gets her bid for a sorority will the Greek Life Cube be delivered?

Being local, means you don’t have to wait on the postal service to deliver. We will deliver the week after Bid Day and as close to Bid Day as possible.

Why can’t I see the whole order form on my mobile phone?

Depending on the phone model you have, you may only see half of the order form you have to submit with your student’s information. Don’t worry! It’s all there. You just need to keep scrolling down within the form until you see the Add To Cart button at the bottom of the form. If you are having trouble, please email or message us on Facebook and we’ll help you out.
